So Hank has opened his mouth again and blamed the Yankees' non-performance on injuries. Which, honestly, you can do to a certain extent, but that's not the point. What Steinbrenner's doing, in my humble opinion, is setting the narrative for the offseason. He's just shielded Joe Girardi and Brian Cashman from blame, in essence formally absolving them of what went down this year.
