According to mlb.com, Williams is currently slotted in as the #2 starter. This can only mean we'll be seeing an Oil Can Boyd comeback some time before the All-Star Break, and likely as not, he'll be an improvement on the Mike O'Connors of the world.
Besides, Bowden doesn't really care about pitchers. There are more toolsy failed outfield prospects out there for him to chase.
